The Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) is building the next segment of CV Link in the City of Palm Springs. Construction crews will begin roadwork and sidewalk improvements to build a Class IV bikeway with a dedicated lane on the roadway that will be separated by barriers to provide a safe place for bicyclists. The project will include a complete slurry seal of the roadway and CV Link’s signature blue and orange crossings at intersections and various access points.
There will be a road closure and detour at Mesquite Ave & El Cielo Road on May 16 – 19, 2022. Please read the construction alert for more information.
