SUNRISE WAY CONNECTOR | Palm Springs

MARCH 31 – April 30, 2025 | 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Crews will construct the Sunrise Way Connector from the end of North Sunrise Way to the CV Link pathway at the channel. This work along with connections to Indian Canyon, Gene Autry, and Vista Chino, along with other additions such as signage will be the last of the improvements to be done as we near the completion of the CV Link project later this Spring.CV Link is a 40-plus mile pathway that is being built across the Coachella Valley to provide a safe route to walk, run, bike or use low-speed electric vehicles, such as golf carts. CV Link is expected to provide significant environmental, public health, and economic benefits to generations of current and future residents and visitors to our valley.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Noise & Vibrations – Residents near North Sunrise Way may experience periodic construction related noise or vibrations. Construction activities such as soil compacting, excavations, moving heavy machinery, etc., can cause ground borne vibrations that can physically be felt by neighboring properties.

Vehicle Traffic – Construction vehicles and heavy equipment may travel and/or be parked along Sunrise Way and the top of the levee.

Every effort will be made to minimize any disturbance to the community. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We appreciate your cooperation throughout this project. Due to the dynamic nature of construction, note that all dates and times are subject to change due to unforeseen operational factors or inclement weather.
